We were contracted to design and build their new offices while the building was still being built.
We took occupation of the Grey Box and within 6 weeks we delivered and handed over the keys to the building to the client with all snags completed and signed off.
We were also contracted to move the client from their existing premises in Bryanston.This was the 3rd move and renovation we completed in the past 15 years for, Firstly known as Rai SA, then Thebe Reed and now known as RX Global, the largest exhibition company globally.
The agent for Blackberry SA popped by as we completed the refurbishment to Building 1 and automatically hired us to carry out the Fit-Out for Blackberry in Building 2 which we completed 3 months later
