We were thrilled when 27Four commissioned us to design and build their new offices on the entire 5th floor of the stunning new Firestation building in Rosebank.

The challenge of taking occupation of the floor with only the slab and soffit built added an extra level of excitement to the project. With limited access to the site via external scaffolding 600mm wide and the material having to be hoisted or carried up the 7 flights of stairs, the work was both challenging and satisfying.

Our team worked tirelessly to ensure the project was completed to the highest standard and included everything from building toilets, plumbing, the fire sprinkler system, to smoke detection, electrical ceilings, drywall, painting, etc.
The result? A beautiful and complete turnkey project designed to perfection. Our favourite parts of this project were the 900 x 900 porcelain floor tiles throughout and the stunning TSG glass and solid oak frames used in the office and meeting rooms.

We delivered a customised Office Fit-Out that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
