The Emirates International Lounge was revamped by a previous contractor 10 months before. This project did not go well, and the project endured an overrun by 3 months. Emirates requested that certain areas in the Lounge needed to be re-modelled and brought up to the standard they originally expected.

Blue Line Design was contracted to Innova Design SA to correct certain issues and revamp the Lounge to the acceptable standard requested by Emirates.

The brief was to fix certain issues such as stripping the entire lounge of the existing wallpaper and replacing with an international German product that was suitable to Emirates.

Blue Line Design brought in a specialist Shop Fitter to manufacture and install new decorative screens to the entire Lounge.

Again we were tasked with the challenge to limit the down-time of the Lounge to just two weeks which we achieved by working nights and weekends straight until the work was completed.
