We had the pleasure of working on an exciting project for 27Four, one of the leading investment management firms in South Africa. The brief? To design and build their new offices on the entire 5th floor of the new Firestation building in Rosebank. And here's the twist: we were tasked with this challenge while the building was still being constructed, occupying the floor with only the slab and soffit built.

It was a thrilling experience for us to take on the challenge of building Blackberry's new SA Head Office. The four-month design process was extensive, with meetings taking place solely through Skype with Blackberry's HQ in Canada, management offices in the UK, and technical department in the Middle East. But with our expertise in office fit-outs, we were confident in delivering a stunning space that matched the excellence that Blackberry is known for.

Located in the bustling hub of Rosebank, Scor has had the privilege of renting a portion of the 7th floor of the iconic Firestation building. Here, we were tasked with assisting Arc Architects in bringing their inspiring designs to life. As part of our efforts, we were approached by the Dipula Income Fund to build their sleek offices on the 11th and 12th floors. Eager to take on the challenge, we got to work on completing this expansive office fit-out project.
